1. Services
SolviAI provides Google review-request automation, SMS follow-up workflows, Google reputation-management systems, CRM and Google Sheet connections, and optional past-customer reactivation services for roofing contractors.
The exact service scope is determined by the selected plan, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
2. Pricing and Billing
The Google Reputation Management OS is priced at $249 per month.
Past Customer Reactivation is available as an optional add-on for $60 per month.
Subscriptions are billed month-to-month and renew automatically until cancelled.
SMS usage, telephone-number rental, carrier-registration fees, taxes, and third-party platform charges may be billed separately where applicable.
Payments may be processed through Polar.sh or another approved payment provider.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
Clients may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle by contacting:

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not remove charges already incurred.
Except where required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, completed subscription payments, messaging charges, carrier-registration fees, and third-party usage costs are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing accurate business information
- maintaining authorised access to connected platforms
- ensuring customer information has been collected lawfully
- obtaining any required permission or consent
- approving message wording
- respecting customer opt-out requests
- complying with applicable messaging, privacy, consumer-protection, and review-platform rules
- paying all applicable subscription and usage charges
5. Acceptable Use
Clients must not use SolviAI to:
- contact purchased or scraped lists
- send unlawful or unauthorised messages
- create fake or misleading reviews
- offer improper incentives for positive reviews
- suppress honest negative feedback
- selectively restrict review access based on customer ratings
- harass recipients
- impersonate another person or business
- violate Google or third-party platform policies
- conduct unlawful activity
6. Results Disclaimer
SolviAI helps roofing companies request genuine customer feedback consistently.
SolviAI does not guarantee:
- that every customer will respond
- that every customer will leave a review
- five-star reviews
- a particular Google rating
- higher Google rankings
- increased calls, enquiries, sales, or revenue
- removal of negative reviews
Google and other third-party platforms independently control their review policies, profiles, rankings, moderation, and availability.
7. Third-Party Platforms
SolviAI relies on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel products, Google products, Polar.sh, messaging providers, and other technical services.
These platforms may change their pricing, functionality, policies, availability, or integrations.
SANADS DIGITAL is not responsible for interruptions or changes controlled by third-party platforms.
SolviAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet failures, messaging carriers, third-party outages, API changes, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
SANADS DIGITAL retains ownership of the SolviAI brand, website content, workflow templates, system configurations, documentation, and proprietary processes.
Clients retain ownership of their business information and customer data.
An active subscription provides a limited right to use the service during the paid subscription period.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SANADS DIGITAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of SolviAI.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, unlawful messaging, spam complaints, misuse of customer data, security risks, platform-policy violations, or material breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Chennai, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
